The Weekly Meeting of Operations …. Commitment with Official Working Hours

The periodic weekly meeting of operations was headed by Mr. Basim M. Khudair, OEC Director General, on Tue. 4/1/2022 with the presence of Mr. Kadhum M. al-Yaqubi, the Assistant of OEC Director General for Administrative Affairs, Managers of Divisions and Departments.

The OEC Director General welcomed the attendance wishing them more progress in new year.

The meeting coincided with the anniversary of Leaders Martyrdom, for this occasion, he gave his condolences for Iraqi People and OEC employees.

He recommended to take care of humanitarian cases, especially incurable diseases and help them.

Also, he stressed the need to commitment with official working hours by employees under the supervision of officials. and directed to reduce expenses with following- up by relevant departments.

The Materials and Purchasing Department shall collect and prepare orders, the last date for preparing orders shall be on 31/1/2022  with presented to Planning Division, which is also responsible for following-up the seismic survey operations and advance planning for surveys of promising hydrocarbon Blocks.

The meeting concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was increasing production, providing all needs of seismic crews, overcoming obstacles of the Company’ production process, and committing with the instructions of health, safety and environment.
