The Director General of Oil Exploration Company receives the Director General of Huawei Communications Company in Iraq

 In a step aimed to strengthening the technical infrastructure and developing communications in Oil Exploration Company, the OEC Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, received on Thu. 9/5/2024 the Director General of Huawei Communications Company in Iraq, in the presence of the D.G. Assistant for Technical Affairs, Mr. Abbas M. Ali, and the Manager of the Information and Communications Technology Department.                                                                                       

During the meeting, the ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two companies in the field of communications and information technology systems were discussed, since Huawei possesses advanced technical services.                                          

This comes in the context of the rapid developments taking place in the oil and gas industry in Iraq, and the company’s need for advanced technical solutions that contribute to improve work efficiency and enhance productivity.
