The Administration Board of OEC Held Its 1st Meeting for 2023
The administration board of OEC held its 1st meeting for 2023 headed by Dr. Osama R. Hussein, the assistant of OEC DG for technical affairs, with the presence of the members of the administration board on Tue. 1/1/2023 in Ninawa hall at the company’s headquarters.
The assistant welcomed the members, then they discussed the topics on the agenda about the future plans of the company and its completed projects. The previous minutes of meeting, the QAQC operations for the land part of Arabian Gulf Block, and the circular of the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Directorate about essential professions were reviewed.
They discussed these issues with great professionalism and responsibility in order to keep the company at the top of oil companies in work and performance.
The company’s plans that will develop the exploratory work were also discussed, a number of decisions were taken, the activities implemented in the company’s divisions and departments were discussed in addition to the seismic survey report, the report of the Health, Safety and Environment Department, and the Financial Department report.
The meeting concluded with a number of recommendations, the most notable of which are emphasis on supporting the efforts of the engineering and technical staff to increase production, providing the necessary needs for seismic crews as the basis of the production process, and implementing the seismic survey operations in most governorates of Iraq.
