Oil Exploration Company Organizes Training Course to Enhance Efficiency of Newly Appointed Staff and Holders of Higher Degrees

Oil Exploration Company organized a specialized training course for newly appointed staff and holders of higher degrees, as part of its continuous efforts to develop the capabilities of its staff and raise their professional efficiency. The course started on 23 October 2024 for two weeks in the Continuing Education Hall.

The course covered several topics, most notably management and law, where the legal advisor, Mr. Salah Saddam Khassaf, gave a lecture on “Civil Service and Public Service”, in addition to explaining the legislations regulating public service. The senior legal advisor, Ms. Sarah Salih Radhi, also gave a lecture on “State Employees Discipline Law”, where she addressed crimes committed against public service and the penalties resulting from them, including procedures related to leaking official documents. Further, the legal advisor, Mr. Asaad Tariq Marzouq, gave a lecture on “Integrity Law No. 30 of 2011” and the importance of adhering to the rules of professional conduct.

This course comes within the framework of the keenness of the senior management of Oil Exploration Company to enhance administrative and legal awareness among employees, and enable them to perform their duties with a high level of professionalism and efficiency, which contributes to achieving the company’s goals and future aspirations.
