Oil Exploration Company Organizes a Training Course for Newly Appointed Staff and Holders of Higher Degrees

As part of the efforts of Oil Exploration Company to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in administrative work, and its commitment to develop its human resources to achieve its strategic goals successfully, the Training and Development Department of the Company implemented an intensive training program to qualify the newly appointed staff and holders of higher degrees.

The axes of the course, which held at the Continuing Education Hall on (5 - 16 / May 2024), included a group of lectures and workshops presented by highly experienced and qualified employees in various fields.

 The legal lectures dealt with many important aspects, as the legal advisor (Salah S. Khasaf) presented a lecture about the Civil Service Law and the Public Service Law, and the senior legal advisor, Mrs. (Sarah S. Radhi), presented a lecture about the State Employees Discipline Law, while the legal advisor (Asaad T. Marzouq) presented a lecture about the integrity and transparency in administrative work and the rules of professional conduct.

It is worth noting that these courses are held to develop the administrative skills of newly appointed staff and holders of higher degrees to serve the company and achieving sustainability in administrative work.
