Oil Exploration Company : Opening the horizons of the joint cooperation opportunities with (Sonangol)  Company to develop (Najma-Gayara) program

 As part of the OEC senior management endeavor to maximize  the hydrocarbon reserves and discover new oil and gas reservoirs, the company is preparing to implement 3D seismic surveys operations in (Najma_Gayara) program located within Ninawa Governorate in early 2024.

The negotiations were made with the Angolan (Sonangol) company for oil services via a video conference, attended by the DG Assistant, Mr. (Abbas M. Ali), and the manager of the Field Operation Division, Mr. Haider H. Abboud.

The Oil Exploration Company confirmed its full readiness to deal with the mentioned company to conduct seismic surveys operations and find out new reserves due to accumulated capabilities and experiences, and the modern equipment and machineries in the field of exploratory work, in addition to provide new job opportunities for people of the close areas to the sites of the seismic crews and improve The local economy in the governorate.
