Oil Exploration Company Holds Meeting of Seismic Crews Heads

Oil Exploration Company held its periodic meeting with heads of seismic crews, headed by the company's director general, Mr. Osama Raouf Hussein, on Sunday, 17 November 2024, in Nineveh Hall at the company's headquarters. The meeting came within the framework of following up on the progress of work in oil exploration projects, especially in light of the ongoing cooperation with foreign companies and under the supervision of senior management.

During the meeting, heads of seismic crews reviewed the progress made by seismic survey programs. The Director General pointed out that seismic survey programs will contribute to enhancing the company's production capacity and represent an important step towards achieving national goals in the field of oil and gas. He stressed the need to fully adhere to occupational health and safety standards at all work sites, noting that ensuring the safety of workers in seismic crews is a top priority, by providing a safe and appropriate work environment that contributes to accelerating achievement and achieving the desired results.

At the end of the meeting, the Director General stressed the importance of continuing efforts to develop work and achieve advanced results in line with the vision of the Ministry of Oil and its strategic plans, and directed to intensify efforts to provide distinguished performance that contributes to advancing the wheel of oil production and developing related sectors.
