Oil Exploration Company DG Visits Supervision and Internal Auditing Department

As part of his continuous interest in following up work progress in the various divisions and departments of the company, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, DG of Oil Exploration Company, paid an inspection visit to Supervision and Internal Audit Department on Monday, 26 Aug 2024. This visit is a part of an overarching tour through which the DG aims to review the progress made and evaluate the work progress according to the approved annual plan.

During the visit, His Excellency conducted a field tour in the sections of the Supervision and Internal Audit Department, where he listened to a detailed explanation of the work progress, the achievements made and the challenges facing the department. The DG stressed the importance of adhering to administrative and control standards to ensure achieving OEC strategic goals.

In an important step, His Excellency directed to disburse the wages of contract employees and daily-wage employees within the specified timeframes. This step reflects the senior management’s interest in providing a stimulating and stable work environment to all employees, and enhances teamwork spirit and efficiency in performance. The visit comes within the framework of OEC senior management keenness to enhance transparency and improve performance, which contributes to successfully achieving OEC goals and strategies.
