OEC Holds Its 11th Board Meeting to Discuss Enhancing Production and Achieving Strategic Goals
The Director General of Oil Exploration Company (OEC), Mr. Osama Raouf Hussein, chaired the 11th board meeting on Tuesday, 26 November 2024, and began the session by welcoming the board members.
During the meeting, the measures taken regarding the decisions issued in the previous meeting were discussed. In addition, monthly performance reports and technical reports related to seismic surveys of November were reviewed. The meeting also addressed Board directives and priorities for the next stage, with a focus on enhancing production and achieving the company's strategic goals.
The Board reviewed the financial report and the HSE report. OEC Director General stressed the importance of closely monitoring the work progress and urged the staff and seismic crews to enhance team spirit. He also stressed the need to train new staff and redouble efforts to achieve the required progress in work, which contributes to implementing the Ministry's development plans and achieving its strategic goals.
