OEC Discusses Strengthening Cooperation with Emirati Al-Hilal Petroleum Company in Enjana–Khashm Al-Ahmar

Oil Exploration Company (OEC) held a technical meeting with the Emirati Al-Hilal Petroleum Company to complete the work of the subsurface technical committee of Injana-Khashm Ahmar Block referred to the Emirati Al-Hilal Petroleum Company on Monday, 19 August 2024, in the 3D Exhibition Hall at the headquarters of OEC Geology and Geophysics Division. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the ministerial Subsurface Technical Committee, in the presence of the Head of Exploratory Studies Department, Dr. Suhail Obaid, a number of representatives of the Emirati Al-Hilal Petroleum Company, as well as the technical staff of Exploratory Studies Department. The meeting presented a comprehensive review of seismic interpretation work of the Injana-Khashm Ahmar contract area, where they discussed all the technical problems faced by the work team of the Emirati Al-Hilal Petroleum Company, and worked to find appropriate solutions to ensure the work progress with high efficiency according to the drawn plans.
