OEC Director General Meets a Delegation from Kar Oil Services Company

OEC  Director General, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, received in his office on 16/7/2024 a delegation from Kar Oil Services Company, in the presence of representatives from North Oil Company.

 During the meeting, future cooperation between the two parties in the field of seismic surveys and exploration and development of new oil fields all over Iraq, especially the northern regions, were discussed.

During the meeting, the Director General stressed the importance of cooperation with leading companies, especially national companies specialized in the field of oil services such as KAR Company, and providing all types of technical support to serve the exploratory process, noting that strategic partnerships contribute to enhancing production and increasing the efficiency of exploratory operations.

For his part, the KAR delegation expressed its readiness to provide the technical and logistical support necessary for  success of exploration and development projects, in order to achieve common goals and raise the level of performance in the oil sector.
