OEC Director General Conducts His Weekly Interviews with Staff

As part of Oil Exploration Company's (OEC) commitment to enhancing communication with its staff and achieving an ideal work environment, OEC Director General, Mr. Osama Raouf Hussein, conducted an interview on Thursday, 19 December 2024, with a number of OEC staff to consider their legitimate problems and demands. During the meeting, the Director General stressed the importance of addressing these demands within the legal frameworks and approved administrative contexts, stressing the need to maintain the principle of transparency in dealing with various issues, and working to remove any obstacles between senior management and members.

The Director General explained that these meetings come within a series of weekly interviews that aim to strengthen means of communication between OEC management and staff and provide practical solutions to the humanitarian and social problems facing the staff in a way that ensures improving the work environment and increasing productivity.
