OEC Board of Directors Holds Ninth Session in 2024

The Board of Directors of (OEC) Oil Exploration Company held its ninth session for the year 2024, headed by Director General, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, on Sunday, 9 September 2024, in Nineveh Hall at OEC headquarters, and in the presence of the esteemed board members.

The meeting addressed a number of important topics, as the financial report for the third quarter of the year was reviewed. In addition, the report of Field Operation Division, seismic activity and the productivity of seismic crews were discussed. The efforts made in this field were praised, and the planning budget for the year 2025 submitted by Planning Division to the Board of Directors was approved.

In a related context, some financial assistance requests were discussed and referred to the Subcommittee for Popular Mobilization, Community Initiatives and Social Services for consideration according to due regulations.

At the end of the meeting, the necessity of continuing the events and activities accomplished in various departments was emphasized to ensure that OEC remains at the forefront of oil companies in terms of performance and efficiency.
