Maintenance Unit in OEC Conducts Preventive Inspection to Ensure Efficiency of Operations

In implementation of the directives of the Director General of Oil Exploration Company (OEC), Mr. Osama Raouf Hussein, and the follow-up and supervision of Head of Engineering Department, Director of the Nahrawan Site, Mr. Husam Sadiq Hameed, the Maintenance Unit conducted a comprehensive preventive inspection of OEC headquarters facilities.

This step aims to maintain the efficiency of operational performance and reduce sudden breakdowns through periodic checks and preventive maintenance, with a focus on the readiness of basic equipment such as electrical control systems, generators, and power stations. The unit confirmed its commitment to safety and quality standards and the adoption of modern technologies, such as replacing traditional boards with automatic ones (ATS), to ensure the sustainability of operations and reduce operating costs, which enhances its key role in achieving OEC objectives.
