In order to listen to their problems and meet their needs, the Director General of Oil Exploration Company continues conducting weekly interviews with employees                                      

As a part of his ongoing efforts to achieve effective communication and meet the needs of employees, the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, received on Thu. 9/5/2024 a number of employees working at the company’s headquarters and its affiliated sites, during his weekly meetings.                                                                                          

These interviews come from the Director General’s keenness to discuss the affairs of the employees, communicate with them, take into account humanitarian situations, and activate  communication between the employee and the official as part of the administrative operation, in addition to strengthening the functional relationship between them.                                            

 The Director General also stressed that he is ready to listen to them and solve their problems and obstacles aiming at raising the level of performance, stressing the importance of transparency and interaction between management and the employee in achieving the company’s goals and promoting a positive and fruitful work environment for all.
