His Excellency directed not to deduct the amounts of mass transportation from the employees working as a contract or daily wage

The Assistant Director-General for Technical Affairs, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, chaired the weekly operations meeting, in the presence of the directors of the divisions and departments, on Tuesday 25/1/2022.
During the meeting, His Excellency directed not to deduct the amounts of mass transportation from the employees working as a contract or daily wage, and the company ensures that they are transferred from the work sites to their areas of residence, taking into account their poor salaries and economic status. The seismic teams are included in the shift system as they work in remote locations far from the city centers, and the matter will be submitted to the company’s board of directors for decision.
The issue of the work injury that occurred to one of the employees working as a daily wage in the engineering department and the disbursement of financial assistance to him for the purpose of treatment was also discussed, and he directed the necessity of adhering to occupational safety procedures and applying them at work sites and continuous follow-up by the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Department and intensifying the establishment of awareness lectures in this field .
