Fraud Prevention and Anti-Corruption Committee Holds Periodic Meeting

Fraud Prevention and Anti-Corruption Committee held its periodic meeting, headed by Deputy Director General for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Hussein Shuwail Awda, and attended by the committee members, in Al-Dubuni Hall at the company's headquarters on Monday, 6 May 2024.

During the meeting, several important topics were discussed, including evaluating institutional performance and implementing the National Strategy for Integrity and Anti-Corruption, and developing and adopting a technical and financial action plan and programs to address the phenomena and risks of corruption.

The topic of national strategies in general and national strategies for integrity and anti-corruption were also included in the agenda of the Board of Directors' meetings.

The need to provide support to sub-teams and facilitate their access to required information as well as paying attention to the media aspect and using posters and available display methods were emphasized.

At the end of the meeting, an action plan was developed for the National Strategy for Anti-Corruption and Reducing Fraud, which included legal, administrative, financial and auditing aspects as well as information technology, quality management, and job performance evaluation.
