On Tue. 7/11/2023, the Director General of Oil Exploration Company, Dr. Osama R. Hussein, met with employees working in the company and its affiliated sites, to know their problems and develop appropriate solutions for them in accordance with the approved laws and regulations.
The company's Senior Management adopted the method of direct communication with employees to know their needs, the obstacles they face, and find appropriate solutions for them. During the meetings, the Director General stressed the necessity of joint cooperation and dedication for performing duty to raise the practical level of the company and its formations.
In the same context, the Director General emphasized that he is ready to meet everyone in order to find solutions for all the issues presented to the management, respond to their requests, listen to their complaints, and fulfill their desires in a manner consistent with the company’s goals and visions and serves the employee’s interest.
It is noteworthy that the company's Director General conducts weekly meetings in order to implement the policy of transparency and communication between the official and the company's employees, and to develop solutions for most of the obstacles facing the employee by directing the concerned departments to solve them within a specific time.
