Director General of OEC Chairs Monthly Meeting of Seismic Crews Heads

As part of the keenness of the senior management of (OEC) Oil Exploration Company to continuously follow up on work progress and supervise the implementation of seismic programs, OEC Director General, Dr. Osama Raouf Hussein, chaired the monthly meeting of the heads of the seismic crews, which was held on Monday, 16 September 2024, at OEC headquarters, in the presence of the Assistants of the Director General for Technical and Administrative Affairs, the Manager of the Field Operation Division, and the Director of the Engineering Department.

During the meeting, the rates of completion of the seismic survey programs implemented by the seismic crews for the third quarter of the current year were reviewed. In addition, a number of important topics that contribute to enhancing production were discussed.

OEC Director General praised the great and distinguished efforts made by the seismic crews personnel, and pointed out that they have made distinguished achievements in implementing seismic survey projects with high quality and in record time with the lowest accident rate. His Excellency further stressed the importance of overcoming obstacles facing the workflow and providing the necessary needs to ensure continuity of operations successfully. He also stressed the need to intensify awareness programs related to health, safety and the environment to increase employees awareness and ensure a safe working environment.
