Financial Department

The financial department performs the following tasks:

  • It is concerned with managing the company's financial affairs and financial reporting about economic events occurring as a result of the company's current and uncurrent activities according to the principles, standards and issued accounting systems.
  • Presenting the financial data and final accounts with their accompanying reports and specific financial statements, provided that it is accountably accepted with high quality.
  • Providing the necessary cash money for continuing the company's activity and following up its funds with the pertinent banks.
  • Conducting the process of disbursing, receiving and fixing all financial dues resulting from the performance of the company, delivering and receiving from the concerned parties inside and outside Iraq, according to the effective  laws, regulations and instructions taking into account the periods and timelines.

 

The Department consists of the following Sections:

  1. Public Accounts Section.
  2. Assets, Inventory Accounts and Investment Plan Section.
  3. Exchange and Budget Section.
  4. Salaries and Deductions Section.
  5. Credits, Letters of Credit and Fund Section.
  6. Documentation and Follow-up Section.
  7. Section of answering and following up the reports and observations of FBSA.
